Harnessing the Employer Value Proposition. To build awareness of Lactalis UK & Ireland as a responsible company and brand, by supporting the in-house communications team.

Working closely with the Head of Communications, we produce engaging content to reach target audiences in industry, buyers, job seekers and media via LinkedIn. On receiving stories and the latest news from insider insight, we harness employee advocacy, and attract new talent by creating timely and engaging content, curating monthly social plans to bring a step change in how the business communicates externally… All while shouting about the fabulous leading brands and positioning Lactalis UK & Ireland as the dairy experts through thought leadership.

  • More than 1,400 new followers gained organically in 2022

Launched the Lactalis UK & Ireland 2023 Sustainability Progress Update by creating content for more than 20 social posts over a one-month period, achieving:

  • 9.7% YoY increase in post impressions
  • 614% YoY increase in video views
  • 12% YoY increase in post engagements
  • Average engagement rate outperformed LinkedIn benchmark of 5.23%.
