Working in an integrated manner is something that HRS and Ceres are well-versed in. We are proud of the long-term collaborative relationships we have built and maintained with clients, which doesn’t happen unless results are strong, promises are met, and fresh thinking remains at the heart. We sat down with Ceres to discuss power of partnerships and the strategies that have driven our mutual success in achieving outstanding client outcomes.

1. How did the partnership between HRS and Ceres PR come into existence?

Our collaboration began in 2018 at a Guild of Health Writers event, where we quickly bonded over our shared expertise in nutrition, food, health, and wellbeing. Over the years, our partnership has evolved from providing nutrition and PR counsel to each other’s businesses, to working on a strategic level, unified by our commitment to protecting industry reputations and driving positive change. We work well together as we have the same value proposition – both agencies are trusted with the reputations of entire industries and agenda led organisations, that need to instigate change, promote best practice, increase membership and raise awareness.

2. What unique strengths do HRS and Ceres PR bring to the table, and how do these contribute to client success?

Both companies deliver campaign-driven healthy change missions to diverse healthcare professionals, business-to-business and consumer audiences. HRS excels in crafting tailored nutrition communications that provide credible, regulated information to target audiences, while Ceres PR transforms this into media-friendly content with maximal reach.

For example, we joined forces to launch the LoSalt ‘Season with Sense’ campaign, creating evidence-based content for various channels and running a national media campaign. Together, we complement each other’s strengths and our unique combination of skills means we can truly offer that 360-degree approach to campaigns and activity.

3. What key strategies make your partnership successful?

A proactive approach is crucial. We focus on our client’s business and marketing objectives as a combined unit, with each partner playing to their strengths.

4. How does this partnership add value to client relations?

Working with two specialised agencies with medical and nutrition comms experience coupled with extensive experience in PR in the health and wellness sector means you have a highly talented team of individuals playing to their strengths.

We keep healthcare professionals (including registered nutritionists and dietitians) at the heart of what we do, ensuring evidence-based, industry-compliant communications that resonate with our client’s target audience across media.

Through our partnership, you get a team with a wealth of expertise! With over forty years’ experience between us, we’re a dedicated, professional team who live and breathe the health, nutrition and wellness space.

5. What’s next for the HRS and Ceres partnership?

We’re working on some exciting projects, including recipe development and imagery for a new energy drink which is due to launch this year! As the industry evolves, so will our partnership, ensuring we continue to deliver a comprehensive service that supports with healthcare professional and consumer engagement, driving impact and results for clients.
